HOLA FAMILIA Y AMIGOS!
So sorry its been AÑOS since I have written. I truly am sorry. I hope you all know that I am okay alivie, breathing, and really happy.
So much has happened I don’t even know where to begin! Well, I believed I left off with chicken pox right? Well yeah,, don’t have chicken pox anymore just the cool marks ha ha! But I left my dear area in Tecamac! That was the longest time I stayed in an area… 4 ½ months! Flew by so fast but okay now I am serving in TULANCINGO!
This area is so awesome and honestly SOOOOO beautiful! We have 2 pueblitos in our area and honestly theres a lot of work to do here!!!! A lot! I am working with Hermana Dominguez and she is from chichuaua! She goes home after the next cycle and I am learning a TON from her!!!! We are both Sister Trainer Leaders and we care for 4 companionships! These missionaries are awesome and this zone is super strong! For this month we have 30 seguros of people who should be getting baptized.
We have been able to see the blessings here and its not because of luck or anything like that. It all goes back to obedience. President Egbert has always stressed to us the importance of being EXACTLY OBEDIENT. And I truly do have a testimony of this. The goal is Celestial Kingdom right? I have leanred that if we can't manage to keep the commandments here on earth, how can we expect to be worthy of living in the presence of God and live the celestial laws? That’s something that is always in my mind. I am so humbled by the people here who are so prepared and truly have been prepared before we came, truly I know that there are people just waiting for us to open our mouths and share the gospel. We have 2 baptisms planned this Saturday at 5. J YOU ALL ARE INVITED J We could use your support ;) It’s the baptism of Jeny and her son Andy, they are honestly so awesome and their testimonies are so strong. Jeny has changed and sacrificed so much to be able to be baptized and she is honestly a special one to me. Her son Andy as well is so smart and he loves reading the book of Mormon! LOVES it! And he always has questions for us it's so cute!
This week something really cool is happening. WE ALL GET TO SEE "MEET THE MORMONS"! Of course we are going to watch it in Spanish and we are all so excited! The members here are freaking out and its awesome to see members excited about participating in La obra missional! Also, all of the zone leader and sister trainer leaders have a reunion with Presidente Wednesday and I am super excited to here what Presidente has planned for us! I am so thankful for him, he is a man called of God and I only read a little of his letter a few minutes ago but it looks like the entire mission will begin reading the book of Mormon today! We are going to read 11 pages daily. J I of course, invite all of you to join in reading J I love my mission and love being in the service of the Lord. I know HE lives and loves me and all of you. He honestly means everything to me. I invite you all to get to know him more through the book of Mormon? Think you can do it? I know you can! I love you all and hope you are all well in the US J Thanks for being patient with my emails I know its been a while but I am happy and busy! This work is amazing!
